Run the setup wizard

Wizard installs the bridge resource, generates a WireGuard tunnel for your game DB, and validates the connection. Total time: coffee break.

Which FiveM frameworks does this actually support?
QBCore, Qbox, and TMC out of the box. Both ESX-style legacy schemas and the newer Ox-based ones are handled. The bridge resource auto-detects what you're running and adapts queries, exports, and event names without you having to think about it. If you're on something more exotic, email us — we can probably make it work.
Where does my game data live? Are you secretly stealing it?
Your players, characters, inventories, and bank accounts stay in your own MySQL — exactly where they live today. FivePanel connects to your game DB through a WireGuard VPN tunnel that the setup wizard creates for you, so the panel never asks you to expose your DB to the public internet. The panel's own metadata (staff accounts, audit logs, allowlist state) is the only thing in our database. We're not in the business of touching your players.
I already use another management tool. Will this fight with it?
Nope. There's nothing to import — FivePanel reads your existing game database directly, so the moment the bridge resource is installed your players, vehicles, and bank accounts show up in the panel. Run it alongside whatever you've got today without conflict, and switch off the other one when you're comfortable. Your call, your timeline.
Why no free trial?
Trials cost us support time even when people aren't serious, and they push you toward a deadline-driven evaluation we don't think helps anyone. Instead: 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions, no forms. Sign up, run it for two weeks against your real server, and if it's not for you we refund and move on.
What's the catch with the £35 price?
There isn't one. Image hosting is a separate add-on because storage and bandwidth are real costs we pay for. Everything else — players, characters, bans, vehicles, inventories, banking, allowlist scheduling, queue priority, Tebex automations, audit logs, Discord bot sync, the lot — is in the £35 plan. No 'starting at'. No 'per agent'. No 'enterprise tier'.
Can I cancel without it being a whole thing?
Yes. One button in the billing portal. Subscriptions cancel at the end of the current period, your data is preserved for 30 days in case you change your mind, and we don't ask why you're leaving. Founding Lifetime is non-refundable after 14 days — that's the trade-off for paying once forever.
